WHAT TO EXPECT

Santa will be sitting in his sleigh in Promotional Court waiting to hear your child’s wish list and pose for photos. New this year, will be a setup that allows for physical distancing. The kids (or whole family!) will be positioned six feet in front of Santa for all photos. Face coverings are required by all guests, all staff, and Santa himself! Face covering must be worn before, during, and after the Santa experience. Regardless of government mandates at the time of your visit, we are prioritizing the health and safety of everyone all season by keeping masks mandatory.

Please also note, due to no physical contact with Santa this year, infants must be held by parents/guardians during photos.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Book your visit now! For the safety of our guests, please note, all visits with Santa will be reservation only.

Please also note, there will be no physical contact with Santa this year. This includes sitting on Santa’s lap, hugging Santa, etc. Parents, we ask that you please have this discussion with your children prior to arrival so they know what to expect.

Thank you for planning in advance with us during this unique season!

AFTER YOUR VISIT

Santa will not be handing anything to families this year, but special coupons will be available as you exit the Santa experience. Each guest will be asked to use the provided hand sanitizing station prior to entering the set, as well as, encouraged to use it again at the exit. We have worked very closely with the local health officials and our retailers to ensure the highest level of safety during your visit. Scroll to the bottom of this page for more information on our safety and sanitization protocols.

HOLIDAY SAFETY PROCEDURES

  • We will no longer require customers to wear a face covering or physically distance in the common area of Citrus Park Town Center. Face coverings in the common area are optional. Individual stores, restaurants and entertainment venues will make their own determination as to whether or not to require face coverings in their space.
  • Security and Janitorial personnel serving the common areas will continue to wear face coverings until further notice.
  • Common area seating, including Food Court seating, will be returned to normal pre-pandemic levels.
  • Any restrictions that may have been in place limiting eating and drinking within Citrus Park Town Center have been removed.
  • Expanded cleaning policies that had been implemented to promote public health safety during the pandemic will continue to remain. This includes but is not limited to expanded cleaning in high touch areas such as restrooms, Food Courts, and seating areas.

HOLIDAY SAFETY PROCEDURES

  • The safety and health of our guests, employees and community is always our top priority. Out of an abundance to keep everyone as safe as possible, we have taken additional safety measures at the holiday set to make this holiday season both a magical and safe experience.

Here is what we’re doing to safeguard your visit:

  • All guests are required to wear a face covering at the Santa set and during the photo session. Face coverings will be provided to guests who need them at guest services.
  • Each guest will be asked to use the provided hand sanitizing station prior to entering the set, as well as, encouraged to use again at the exit station.
  • Guests will be safely distanced as they move through the photo experience.
  • All staff are required to wear masks while in the shopping center.
  • Staff members will wipe down the set (railings, counters, any touch points on the set) after each guest using CDC recommended cleaning supplies.
  • Social distancing markers will be clearly marked around the set to 6 feet between guests entering and exiting the Santa set.
  • Once your visit and photos with Santa are complete, you will be ushered over to the viewing/sales station to make your selection. Only staff members will operate the computer at each of these stations.
  • Cash will not be accepted this year. You may use your debit or credit card for payment.  The cashier will ask each guest to swipe their own card for processing. The card swipe unit will be wiped down after each transaction.
  • Santa, and all staff, will be screened daily for symptoms including having their temperature checked.
